Challenge

Kellogg's wanted to talk to the diverse market, but they realized their workforce didn't know how to do it. The challenge was to create an online platform to teach them about those cultures.

Approach

We designed a key visual with the brand symbol surrounded by diverse people based on the concept "A Place at the Table for Everyone." Also, we created an internal eLearning program to teach inclusivity and diversity to their workforce.

Results

Besides the internal eLearning program developed in the Articulate Rise platform, Kellogg's amplified the learning with synchronic Accelerator Workshops led by us, with great results.
